Marion Cockin

Marion Cockin was born in Wednesbury in the Black Country. Her poetry has been published in national magazines and Offa’s Press anthologies. In 2015 she was co-writer of The Nailmakers’ Daughters with Emma Purshouse and Iris Rhodes.

She has performed in the Black Country and Shropshire, at the Much Wenlock Poetry Festival, and in Scotland at the Callander Poetry Festival. Her pamphlet collection The Wednesbury Mangle Theory appeared in 2020.
