Sunday June 7 & Monday 8 : ‘Stay Up Your Own End’

Poets, Prattlers and Pandemonialists are running a series of ‘Stay Up Your Own End’ events commissioned by Creative Black Country.

For the first one, people are invited to write a poem about Walsall, and email it to poetsprattlerspandemonialists@gmail.com by midday on Sunday June 7th for the chance to win a £25 prize. All poems will be posted on the Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/groups/1293834050753852/ and read by poet Heather Wastie who will pick the winner.

The event is on 8 June.

Tuesday June 30 : ‘PASTA’

‘PASTA’ open mic event with Poets, Prattlers and Pandemonialists. First half is to a theme (hairdressers); the second half is open.

Saturday March 7 : Pant Poetry Workshop

Pant Poetry Workshop on ‘Climate Change’ with Jeff Phelps and Simon Fletcher (10am-4pm).

This writing day will look at aspects of climate change, the poetical and the political. What does it mean now and for the future?
Refreshments will be provided but bring your own lunch and suitable clothing. Meet at Pant Memorial Hall, Pant, near Oswestry, SY10 9QG.
