Sunday 14 February : ‘Emma Purshouse in Conversation’

Join the Poet Laureate for the City of Wolverhampton, as she launches her debut novel, ‘Dogged’. Emma will read extracts from her work and talk to Steve Pottinger from Ignite books about its creation.

The Wolverhampton Literature Festival poetry competition is open for entries until 31st December. The judge is Liz Berry and the theme is ‘Aspects of Love’.

‘Winter Poetry Workshop’ with Emma Purshouse and Steve Pottinger. Join performance poets Steve Pottinger and Emma Purshouse for a morning of online creativity. Write poetry with added sparkle, shimmer and shine. Have a go at creating a triolet, and enjoy the opportunity write about a favourite green space in its winter attire.

A fun and friendly session with experienced workshop facilitators. 10.30 a.m. to 12 p.m. £2.50.
