‘Virtual Voices’ with Kenton Samuels, Marion Cockin, Michael W. Thomas & Vera Constantineau, from Ontario, Canada, whio’ll be reading from her latest collection. 5-6.30pm. This is an enjoyable live poetry event on Zoom. Those joining are encouraged to make a contribution via the website.

Emma Purshouse will be performing with Steve Pottinger and Dave Pitt in ‘Whose Round is it Anyway’, the award-winning Fringe show by Poets, Prattlers and Pandemonialists, at Carriageworks Theatre, Electric Press, Millennium Square, Leeds LS2 3AD. 8-10pm.

Wednesday March 8 : International Women’s Day

Kuli Kohli is performing at the City of Wolverhampton Council for International Women’s Day, 12:20 – 2pm, at the Mayor’s Parlour, Civic Centre, Wolverhampton, WV1 9SE.

This will mark the start of the International Women’s Month showcase with many women’s rights activities.

Monday March 13 : Poetry Readers at The Bolthole Cafe

The Wharfage, Ironbridge, TF8 7AW, 2-4pm, with Simon Fletcher & Ian Parr.

The theme this month is ‘wild weather’ so please bring along one of your favourite ‘weather’ poems plus a poem around this theme you’ve written.
