‘Walsall Festival of Words’. Emma Purshouse and Dave Pitt MC a day of music and spoken word in the park 11am-5pm. Offa’s Press poets Gracey Bee and Priyanka Joshi will be performing their work at 11.45am and 1.25pm respectively.
Headline set from punk ukelele band Not Quite Dead Yet.
Location: The Bandstand Stage, Walsall Arboretum, Broadway North, Walsall WS1 2QB.
Free event – but do dress for the weather as the audience will be open to the elements.
