Jeff Phelps will be at the Birmingham Book Festival leading the Festival Reading Group in a discussion of Jonathan Coe’s Rotter’s Club.

Tickets are free but do book in advance at 0121 245 4455. Supported by the West Midlands Readers’ Network.
